I have more than 20 years of professional experience, working in public, governmental and educational entities, as well as in private entities through consultancies. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the management, formulation and direction of projects, planning and public budgeting, as well as risk management. Currently I perform educational tasks at the undergraduate and graduate level, where through teaching-learning skills, I meet the objectives and goals proposed in the educational models of each institution; as well as external consultancies in the branch of civil engineering. I am a Certified Preventionist (MYSA-UNC), Technical Inspector of Building Safety (ITSE), accredited by the Ministry of Housing, and Evaluator of Risk Originated by Natural Phenomena (EVAR), accredited by CENEPRED (RJ N ° 106-2019- CENEPRED / J). Likewise, I have the international certification of Professional Project Management (PMP), issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Project Management for Results certification (PM4R Master Professional), issued by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
